hey guys im new to the site and new to fish keeping but i am always looking for good advice, right now i have a 55 gallon south American cichlid tank and a betta bowl, i will be buying a 29 gallon tank to house a Senegal Bichir temporarily before moving him to a bigger tank, I will probably be on this site daily so if you have any advice for me please feel free to share.

First of all welcome to the forum :-)

My advice...take it slow , do not impulse buy fish and ask any questions you are unsure of the answer to. Many people on here have a lot of experience with the whole spectrum of fish keeping, so someone will know your answer or offer advice.
