Recommended Fish

I a beginner with all the fish tank stuff. Even though I have a salt water tank in school I really don't measure the pH levels and all of that stuff. What fresh water fish would you recommend for a beginner?

hello there.
first thing to know is how big is the tank you have ?
this will help because then people canhelp with
deciding what fish you could have.
also how do you intend to cycle the tank ?
do you want to cycle with fish or the kinder way without ?

willow is absolutely right. It all depends on how much room you have to devote, how much time, how much cash, any equipment you already have, how much you will pay me (ok, so im kidding :D) and that sort for us to suggest a community for you.

Unless your tank is tiny, you really can't go wrong with platies. Beetlebz & willow are right, though - without some sense of at least the size of the tank, it's really hard to give a good recommendation.
