new co2 setup

i need to know about a new co2 setup....im adding a glass bubble counter and ive screwed it hand tight ontop of the regulator...do i add water to this and if so how much....sorry to sound stupid but ive never messed with this stuff at all and dont want to make no mistakes....thanks eric

Yes you need to add water. I use to fill 3/4 to 1/2 full. Also install a check valve coming off the bubble counter. Not necessary but it can make things easier.
