i just introduced 2 male fancy guppies to my new tank, fingers crossed its fully cycled, ammonia and nitries have been at 0 for a few days now and nnitrates at 20
i bought these guppies from the same tank, all males in the pet shop tank, but they seem to be having digs at each other, is this normal? are they establishing territories? should i be worried? theres no other fish in the tank abd i wanted to stock slowly to keep my levels manageable
How big is your tank? I think I read somewhere tht guppies are one of those fish that need to be in groups, so you may want to get more guppies. Do you have hiding places for the guppies (plants, decorations)? Guppies have a habit of nipping at fins. So if one of ur guppies turn out to be a real bully, the other one can hide.
