I can't identify this fish, if anyone knows what it is please help. Saltwater/freshwater ????

Thats a saltwater fish, I don't know what kind though.

I think it's first name is Mandarin ?????. I don't keep Saltwater fish but I've seen this fish in my LFS and it is stunning.
