Heey everybody I have yet another cookie cutter question :p

So long story short.. I have a 55 gallon, and want to stock tanganyikans can anybody help?
And just a few Side questions, can plants like Anubis, amazon swords and giant crypts be kept with tangs?
And is there a possibility of some type of peaceful mbuna that can be kept with tangs? Like labs? Or acei? Jw not necessary but it would be cool ;) :p I honestly don't know like any tangs lol I'm more Malawi based and Idk like the rule of thumb for tangs so can anyone give me suggestions? I really like a lot of activity,colour and some occasional breeding :) so can anyone give me an ideal list?
