I was wondering on getting a small tank for my desk in my bedroom.. And I was thinking something nano tank type thing, but I have no idea what size I should get and what to put in it, this tank would be something for me to basically stare at while doing homework :p but at the same time like a showank on my desk :) but nothing to big, and idk what there called, but one of those small tanks that come with a filter and light attatched, and it just look fancy :p
And lastly what should I put in it? Like shrimp? Or puffer or like some cool exotic thing :p ( and js no betta cause have a betta in other tank reserved ;) )
So any help? Thanks :) !!!!!!!

I get an error clicking on this link :(
The URL has embedded spaces, a terrible thing. ;-)
I've seen a bookshelf aquarium at petco that could be neat. It's about 7 gal, which is more than most nano tanks. You could do black gravel, black background, plant it heavily and add some red cherry shrimp. I've seen some tanks with black sand, red cherry shrimp, and lotsa plants that look really nice.
Yeah, mini-tanks are a lot of work, and problematic.
I'd love a 10g at work, but since I'm only there 5 days a week ... bad idea to starve them 2 days a week, and expensive to use a 'weekend' feeder.
you cant starve a fish in 2 days its more likely gonna be healthy for them to get the food brake.
in nature fish don't get to eat all the time...
