Stocking a 20 gallon long Hi, im new to this forum, just snooping around :P Anyways, i plan on getting a 20 gallon long tank planted setup. But i still have problems with my stocking. My dad likes neons and i like corydoras (especially corydoras trilineatus). I was thinking of this stocking: 5 corys, 15 neons, 1 betta (im getting it from my friend because he neglects it too much) and maybe 3 ottos since i seem to have a problem in my other tanks with diatoms lol. How is that stocking? Perfect/good/bad? Im up to suggestions and critizism but if you change the stocking, please at least still include the neons for my dad. The tank will probably be covered 1/2 with plants, substrate is play sand, c02 injection by nutrafin c02 system, fertilizers with fish poop and maybe Seachem Excel, and lighting is 40 watts or 2 wpg if any of this info helps. thanks. and i just finished typing all that the then accidentally did something to make it go to the page before and erase everything >.> |
Sounds like a good plan to me. Good luck.:) |
actually it sounds great! provided you dont have any betta agression issues that is. great, now make me rethink my 20L for a vivarium :P |
