Koralia II

Greeting's,
Am in hopes those here that may have used, or are using,, Koralia power heads may be able to help.
I was cleaning my Koralia II over the sink, and tiny washer came out from impeller well and went down the sink before I could catch it.
Have cleaned this unit many times in the past without incident, but this is first I've seen/saw, this tiny washer.
Does anyone know if replacement part's are available or of something I could find at hardware store to replace this tiny washer?(plastic)
Many thank's in advance.
p.s. Unit runs but makes noise without the washer .

Send Hydor an email, they will hook you up. I recently emailed them to find out about BUYING replacement magnets/suction cups for my two nanos. I lost one set and tore one of the cups on the other set. They sent me the parts for free. Took a couple weeks but free is free. Great service. If nothing else, they may be able to tell you what you need to look for at the hardware store.

Did you check the trap under the sink? that 3 curve in the drain is to collect items that fall down. Now if you water was running chances are it is no longer there is if was light weight and plastic but it is worth a try.
Put a bucket or tray underneath and loosen both rings at each side/end of the (sideways) S curve. It will be full of water (and likely stink) but turn it over and pour out the contents into the bucket or tray. Keep your fingers crossed it is sitting in there....
Otherwise contactl/email the manufacturer from their web site.
I found this...Hydor
Choose yiour area and see what you can find. Hope you get the replacement.
