tiger barb fry. is it moving day?
I have 20 tiger barbs in a 10 gallon planted/breeding tank. They are appx. 6 weeks old, about 1/2" long and in good health. Would it make scents to move them into my 40 gallon tank with tons of room and plenty of space to grow out? Also at which point would it be considered safe to mix them in with the adult parents?
as long as they can't get sucked up into the filter, and the tank is fully cycled,
i don't see why you couldn't move them, still have it planted so they have places to hide,
and anything a barb can fit into its mouth it will eat,so beware,i think they need
to be bigger if i were you, before putting them in with the adults.
welcome to the new house !
well you've done very well :-D all sounds great from where i'm sitting.
so sit back and watch those little monkeys grow.
help if i can any time. :-D
