New to Corals; What is this?

We've been setting up our first saltwater tank and got a great deal on some live rock from a kid on craigslist.
The rock came with what he said was an anemone, but I'd like to know what kind it is.
Can anyone ID it? Thanks!

It's about 2-3 inches across.
