lighting question

My 110 tall has a VHO ballast in the hood, but I recently decided to use regular 40W (2) 48" T-12 full spectrum bulbs instead of VHO bulbs so I could keep the rainbow shark and loaches happy.

are there any plants that would enjoy that level of light, and am I going to have any algae issues using such a low light level for the bottom?

is it side by side or one or another.

side by side, its only a 48" long tank

That's less than 1 WPG

Java Moss/Fern, Crypts, and Anubias could probably survive these lighting conditions with no CO2.
