currently there is...
3 green severums
10 tiger barbs
1 common pleco
1 rainbow shark

planned additions include...
4 or 5 more tiger barbs
6 yoyo loaches
2 or 3 gold severums

that should be it for a while :)

when your rainbow gets bigger he may have an issue with other bottom dwellers, but other then that looks good, your tigerbarbs should be fast enough to get away from the sevs if they decide they want to be bullys.

well the green sevs are surprisingly calm, but it will be a crapshoot with the golds. and even then they can always change <shrug> ill just get a really small stick, so if they decide to pick on my barbs i can go in there and breaka da legs!

Stick to only 3 severums and do not add any more of them.

I'm of the opinion that yoyos, so long as you get them when they're not much smaller than the shark, will be able to handle him, particularly if you make sure you have a lot of good hiding places. Rainbow sharks get, what, 6 to 8 inches and mean? Yoyos get 5 to 6 inches and scrappy. Should be all right.
