I have 5 tiger barbs, 4 tin foil barbs, a rainbow shark, two fiddler crabs, a snail and a plecostomus. I was wanting to add a little something, what would go good with them?
What size tank are they in?
Many species of Pleco's get quite large as well, and large number's of fishes in addition to these fish at adult size, could make maintaining water quality more like a job.
Just my two cent's.
I agree with 1077. I would not add more at this time just let the current fish grow up. ; )
thanks for the help :]
I definitely would add more Tiger Barb now, at least 3 more, but it would be safer with another 5. Thisis a naturally aggressive species and it is well known that their aggressiveness can be minimized in larger groups, over 10. All may seem calm now, but that may not last as their natural tendancies emerge as they settle in and mature. A larger group would likely prevent problems.
