Brine shrimp cubes

Hi:

My fish seem to love those dried brine shrimp cubes, they go nuts over those.

My pearl gourami only eats those, when I feed other foods she does not eat! Is it normal?

Is it healthy to feed the same food most of the time?

Yes. If completely accustomed, it becomes difficult to wean the fish on other foods.

Nope. Vary the diet. You may have to fast her so she will be forced to eat other foods instead of brine shrimps.

pearl gourami

the pearl gourami wasn't eating for a couple of weeks as far as I could tell, just swimming around and hiding behind the filter.

But once we introduced the dried shrimp cubes, she's been around and has gained a little bit of wieght. She eats each time and has become more active.

What do you suggest in this particular situation?

And thanks VERY much for answering all of my new posts. Appreciated.

That's a very fussy eater obviously.:? It is difficult at times to get them accustomed to other foods. What other foods have you tried? Bloodworms are often irresistible but resist the temptation to feed it excessively with it.

Thanks again

We tried sinking pellets and flakes before. I'll check out the blood worms tonight. We'll see what happens.

Thank you again
