Need Advice Asap!

I understand that i should be posting this in the breeding topic but it is pretty urgent and i'm not too sure what to do. Not too experienced with fish etc in general. I've had a tank for just about 4 months now and about a month ago i decided to try and add three crystal red shrimp to my set up. Long story short, two of them got pregnant about 2-3 weeks ago, ~4 days apart and the eggs since then have been developing into little shrimp. Just the other day i noticed two of my three shrimp are no longer carrying fry and there are no fry in the tank. The second pregnant shrimp is still carrying and looks like they will be independent soon. I suspect the other fry were eaten or sucked into the filter and i really want to prevent that happening to the second batch. What can i do? i have no secondary tank set up and im thinking of partitioning the tank with some sort of fine net? any advice on this matter would be much appreciated!

Tank info...
10 gallon
5 fancy guppies
2 panda corys
small snails.

You can put panty hose over the intake of the filter to keep them from getting sucked up but unless your tank has lots and lots of plants they will get eaten and even then some will still get eaten.
