I was doing a little pruning and thought I'd take a full tank shot.
Here is a pic of what it looked like when I planted it in April, obvious I have changed thing a bit since then.
Looks nice. What is that foreground plant? (The small carpet plant?)
That's baby tears, when you don't have CO2 it grows up like that. I just added DIY Co2 so I plan on trimming it shorter and shorter to see if it will hug the substrate more.
Ok hmmm I don't think it looks bad that way either though. How tall does it get growing it that way?
I trim it down at least once a month, sometimes more. It would probably grow up a couple of inches and be less dense if I did not trim it back. I don't think it looks bad like it is now, I just wanted to experiment with CO2 and see the effects on the thickness, color, etc.
That looks just incredible! Simply beautiful.
Nice job, it looks great.
Wow that looks great! I love the carpet plant.
I couldn't get dwarf baby tears to grow with 8wpg liquid ferts ADA amazonia and Co2, would you mind telling me what are your tamk stats?
