Sounds like ich to me.

I would slowly raise the temp to 84-86 depending on the type of fish you have and if you have no inverts i would use cupramine by seachem (http://www.seachem.com/products/prod...Cupramine.html) and if you do have inverts id add some aquarium salt. Keep the temp up for at least a week, but i would do 2 to be safe.

i dont think my fish has "ich" there are only like a good 7-10 spots on it and there big and white......they make it seem as if it is swollen around my fishes eye......these white spots are outside of the fish.......every pic iv seen of ICH there are like 100 white spots.....mine doesnt have that only a few......any other suggetions maybe?

There are cases where fish have only less than 20 spots which will proliferate in the later stages. I would prefer to see as photo to be sure of what it is.

Lupin its definitly not Ich the spots are like fluffy blemishes...kind of like fungus...i dont know if you remember i was tlakin to you about my gourami missing ventral fin......its gone completly now and the other is rotting away......i might have caused some sort of infection.....and by the way its not fin rot because its spread across the body.....the eyes the torso....the nose.....and the fins......i dont kno wut to do i might have to dispose of it unless there someone knows what im talking about or any type of medication i can use to heal it.....any other suggestions

That is why I said I would prefer the photos before making a diagnosis.

Possibly but these are merely secondary infections if wounds are not treated. How did you treat the wounds if any such wounds exist? Do the fluffs look like this which is Glossatella?

Your next move is plenty of photos on different parts of the body affected.
