Saving a guppie! I currently have a 10 gallon tank with 2 african cichlids (Yellow lab baby, dogtooth baby), a figure 8 puffer and a algea eater ([sp]placastomus). There are also about 10 in the tank right now for them to eat when they feel like it. But I want to save a male guppie that has nice color for a baby and raise him seperatly. Is there any at home creation I can craft to place him into and keep him alive until he is an adult? Thanks, |
A five gallons tank with plenty of plants and run by sponge filter should suffice for the guppy. |

wouldnt recommend that. too stressful on fish |
I'd say no. How would you heat and filter a giant cup? Also, 5g is the minimum size I'd recommend for him so he has space to swim. |
