ID of some corals :) Hey, Just to let you know my tanks been up and running for about 3 months and i put my first pieces of coral in 3 weeks ago :D I feed the fish everyday, a good variety ( hikari marine sinking pellets, flake stuff with freeze dried brine shrimp and krill, frozen krill, live brine shrimp, frozen plankton (if they steal some from corals) and ive been feeding the corals some red sea coral grow liquid every other day. starting from the top down...... first one, picture is blurry, but my guess would be a rasta leather, second is pachyclavari-something-hard-to-spell, basically green star polyps, (yes, they are easy to keep and they are a colonial encrusting polyp, so they will spread), third is some type of sinularia(finger leather), at first glance my gut instict was alconium (dead man's fingers), but that's unlikely, (good thing too, your's is easier), and the last one appears to be a kenya tree coral, which is another type of sinularia. looks good: ) |

well I agree all all but the last one. My kenya dosn't look like that. the texture seems wrong to be a kenya tree. but I don't have a dif guess good luck |
