Baby Molly bullying adult fish

I just recently noticed one of my month old mollies is picking on one of the biggest fish in my aquarium. This is the first i've seen this. it seems to be doing it with such frequency that the bigger fish is getting tired out. At first I thought it was just cleaning the fish but that doesn't seem to be the case. It's kinda hard to describe so I posted a short video on youtube to show you exactly what it's doing:

Any insight would be helpful

I had a similar experience before and my conclusion was the pesky baby (who grew up to be an adult) was just born to be the "boss" of the aquarium. She was definitely the matriarch of the tank even though she was smaller than the other females. Besides being feisty, she was the cutest balloon belly molly I've ever had. Her offspring never produced a "bossy" baby, but I just think she was genetically born the way she was. I hope that helps.
