Maxi mini carpet

Hello all,
I am pretty new to salt water and have a 14 biocube which has 3.5 watts per gallon the stock is 2 clownfish and 1 red scooter blenny I know it's overstocked and coral couple zoos and a branching hammer and a skunk shrimp

Ok it's been running for 3months and I found a deal on a maxi mini carpet and I am worry about the scooter hopping on it and getting eating cuz he's small like inch and a half the maxi is a inch by a inch

Thanks for the help
