Will I be overstocked?
I currently have 1 male betta, 3 platys, 1 molly and 6 bronzy corys. My plan was to get 8-10 neon tetras in my 20 Gallon, however I'm worried about overstocking. My filter is a 1200L per hour filter but I usually lower it to around 600-800L per hour as on full my fish seem to struggle against it.
Will I be overstocked? And if so, can anyone recommend some small shoaling fish that would be suitable in my tank? Thanks
Sounds like too many fish for one 20 gallon aquarium. The first group of fish minus the neons or just the neons. I'm not familiar with shoaling fish. You are fortunate to have a 20 gallon tank.

the only thing i would point out is that neons and livebearers need very different water. neons need soft acidic water while livebearers need hard water. neons are surprisingly sensitive for a fish that is sold all the time.
