Java Fern

So my java fern which is rooted in a piece of drift wood looks like it has a bunch of root systems sproutin gout of the ends of each leaf (frond?)

will these naturally drop to reproduce or should i do something?

Yeah...Java fern will grow little buds off the side of the leaf that will grow into a new plant and will eventually drop off.
