Livebearers not harming younge?

My neighbors have mollies alone in there 30 gallon long and, they keep having babies and there babies grow up to become adults in the tank with the parents!!! Theres hardly any plants in the tank with them (4 plants total and there fake) and, they never hide, they just eat with everone else and swim with the adult mollies but, are left alone? Why is this? Is it because there alone?

Well fed.
Good water conditions.
Right temperature.

Some fish just have the right temperament for stuff like that, if the fry need to disappear then a bit larger fish should fix that issue.
