removing nutrients, removing algae
 
At wrk there is tank that is full of algae its currently empty and full of algae , how could I remove the nutrients from to tank to get rid of the algae ??? :):):)

Well a lot of times at pet stores the water goes through all the tanks... so there's not rly a way to stop it. I'm not sure you can completely remove the nutrients to get rid of the algae... I'd scrub it off. If you leave the light off for a week or so with the insides pitch black sometimes that works to rid of algae...

I second that, I'd cover the tank with a blanket or towel and keep the lights of, scrubbing off what ever you can will also help leaving the filter running you may have to clean it out a time or two.
