Rams are quite peaceful and a pair will be ok in a 10 gallons tank but you need to remove the angelfish to pave space for a pair.

It's very common to see blue rams growing until 5 cm. 6 cm is rarely achieved although I admit my oldest male is more than 6 cm.

Then get rid of your platies and guppies or upgrade to 20 gallons.:wink2: A pair will still fit but the issue is that the angelfish can be aggressive and rams do not like tankmates that dominate them.
