Grow out before fish?
 

Hey everyone, right now I am waiting on a compact flourescent fixture to replace my seriously under wattage fixture. It should be here within the next few days. My question is, should I wait for my fixture to get here and let the plants get back their color and such to add fish? I was planning on grabbing a small group of platys tomarrow. Should I wait?

if its cycled go for it. i personally would hold out and wait for the lights. growing plants are going to help out the water a lot.
