My Kissing Gourami's mate died a while ago. Since then I've bought a whole lot of tetras (variety) - all smaller tetras disappeared... It cost me a fortune!
This weekend I bought 2 beautifully sized Glass fish and this morning I found them dead in the tank. cOULD IT BE THE kISSING gOURAMI EATING THEM?
I want to know if I can rather put the Kissing Gourami with a large Plecostamus, a Coridore,an Elephant nose fish, 2 sharks, a butterfly fish and a silver dollar in the same tank?
Or will these other fish attack and eat my kissing Gourami?
I am going to recommend that you check our profiles of some of these fish, as they will answer your questions, aqnd you have some stocking issues. Second tab from the left in the blue bar across the top of the page, or you can click on the shaded name in posts [if name is identical to the one in the profile it will shade, example Kissing Gourami]. This fish is predatory as it mentions therein.
I decided to put the Kissing Gourami in the beigger tank - my tetras are at peace now and the Kissing Gourami made friends with the BAl;a shark and the Silver Dollar - he (or she) seems quite content with the other larger species in teh big tank.
