Hello from michigan
Hello all.. I'm April..
I have 4 tanks at home right now..

a 5G "junk" tank with a couple platys, a harlequin rasbora, a neon and a redfin minnow..
a 10G - hoping to be a nursery tank.. currently occupied by 2 blue gourami
a 29G dwarf cichlid tank.. 3 Julidiochromis transcriptus, 2 male Kribs, 2 albino female Kribs, a flying fox and an albino busheynose pleco
and last but not least a 50G.. now home to 3 synodontis petricola and 2 albino busheynose plecos. Hoping to add more petricola soon!! :)

My kids love the fish and love to help feed them! :-D

I used to breed Yellow Lab cichlids, until my males killed my females and then due to their size and availability near me, I was unable to acquire females large enough to be housed with them.. Maybe I'll go back to yellows one day.. I really loved them!

Sounds like a nice aquatic collection. I would love to have a ciclid tank. I wish I'd thought about rehoming my few community guys when I got my big tank (55g) and tried the ciclids but it didn't occure to me soon enough. I guess I'm just going to have to get another tank... hate that :)

Where abouts in MI. That was my home growing up. Berrien Springs. I miss the snow.

Welcome :)

I think most people hate the snow when they have to deal with it. (6-8 months of the year where I am :P) but miss it when they dont see it anymore.
