fish communicating with owners

Today, I was noticing my Rainbow shark sort of staring at me with this sad look. Then it seemed he looked at his log (which he spends most of his time in) I thought that was odd as he is a very shy fish and tends to hang in the log. I decided he was trying to tell me something and I best check it out. Well, the inside of his log had pretty solidly filled iwth Java moss. It must have simply squeezed him out. I removed the bulk of the moss and he gave me a thankful look and went in. Now, resting happily inside his favorite log I can say "FISH talk, YOU just need to listen" ha ha

I will have to keep my eyes peeled so his log doesn't get taken over by the moss again. It is kind of funny how all of a sudden it ws too much. I swear the plants double over night sometimes.

Pretty funny......amazing how different species figure out a way to communicate with each other.

I have wondered that myself on occasion but then... How would they survive if there wasn't something going on in there? Either way, I got his message loud and clear. Now he thanks me with being elusive again. ha ha
