Any idea if these are eggs?

I was inspecting my tank today and I noticed these things that look like eggs. Are they snail eggs?

The only snail I have bought is a mystery snail. There are 2 super tiny snails of some sort in the aquarium that I think hitchhiked in. They are about the size of a tip of a ball point pen. Really small.

Other than that, I have cochu and glowlight tetra and 3 otos.

Any ideas?

Should I get rid of them? How long does it take snail eggs to hatch?

They look similar to bladder snail eggs to me. Could be a different kind though. Definitely snails though. I dont know how long it takes for them to hatch but if you got eggs you already have snails. Most snails are a good thing imo. Very beneficial to the health of your tank.
