old time dancing(sort of)
 
would anyone possibly have any links
to show 50's & 60's dancing ?
i was humming "The locomotion" and just wondered
how it would have been danced to.

Do not remember "The Locomotion" from the 50's and 60's but in West Texas several "line dances" were done to it in the 80's.

The 50's and early 60's music which IMHO Buddy Holly created was "real old time rock and roll". Examples of the promulgation of his music would be songs by Chuck Berry and Jerry Lee Lewis.

In West Texas we typically Jitterbug to these songs.
