Hello all! Im new to all this! I bought a female Molly on the weekend and she is looking on the plump side. i have 3 male mollies and they wont leave her alone also my kissing gourami (if thats how you spell it) it harrasing her! So iv put her in a breeding net until i know whats happening. She is still eating etc and seems healthy. here are some pictures.....not the best but tell me what you think :-)

they take up to 28 days to drop their fry, you can take a look at this photo for a reference to a pregnant mollly:

if i had to make a guess, mainly from the second photo, i would say yes, she is pregnant.
also, i hear that the Gourami's do tend to harass the more peaceful fish when kept together, ive had it happen to me as well, its annoying.

hope this helped!

Yay! I hope it is! I let it out the net last night because I felt cruel so I'm hoping when she drops I'll be here to save all the fry!! I'm sooooo excited!!!!

with 3 males and a gourami harassing the female, am I wrong in thinking that she probably wont live long enough to have the fry?

Sorry to sound pessimestic but I'm not certain myself and just wanted to clarify.

Do you think I should put her back in the net? She did seem to be doing ok in there and was eating fine! What do you think?? Don't want her to die! :-/

The tank has a few hiding places. Have a cave, large ship wreck, tall fake plant stuck on the back of tank taking up 1/4 of the back wall and a few other plants I'll take a pic and tell me what you think, all advise would be much appreciated :-))
