Charm, while I cannot really confirm what exactly that is, it looks like a bacterial infection to me which is possibly an onset of finrot. What are your water parameters?

Charm 08-20-2007 04:38 AM

*sigh* i have no test kits right now

It's useful to have one.:) I'd recommend API liquid test kit to determine your water parameters.

Don't. I don't think it is safe to do that. It may just end up infected.:?

The best thing you can do at the moment is ensure you perform regular water changes and get yourself a test kit.

Just keep an eye on the cory, but you definitely don't want to be touching it. As Lupin said, it could lead to infection and also stress the fish.
