Plants - Lighting - Temperature.. Help!

Well, i got 2 lamps T5 (G5) 39W each.. but they heat the water really much! what should i do? i got a sailfin pleco and a black ghost knife, and some plants that i think they will stop growing or die without lighting during the night!! generally the climate in my town is hot during the summer... the water is around 87 F (32 Celcius) what can i do to cool it a little? Thanks

your lights should be on for a maximum of 12hours per day, no more

What plants do you have and how big is your tank?
