Fish food safety

Would my pellets and flakes be safer in the fridge since the temps have hit the 80s and 90s and are likely to stay there?

They're dried, so I don't really see a problem. It's less like meat, and more like flour or beef jerky.

If you put them in the fridge, it might do more harm than good when condensation forms.

Okay. I was just curious because of the oil in them.

Interesting point.... The nutrients might degrade a bit, but I don't think it would be toxic. I know some people who buy fish food in bulk and keep their unused portion in the freezer...
