How long has the tank that you put them in been running, is it a new tank? Do you know what your water parameters are? Levels of ammonia, nitirite and nitrates. If you haven't already you will want to invest in a liquid test kit, they are a big help when establishing a new tank, and also will help you keep an eye on what is going on with your water once your tank is established. API master test kit is what most of the members on here use, they are more realiable than the dip stick tests. If you do not have excess to a test kit right now, most lfs will test your water for free, ask them for the numbers. Knowing what your water parameters are will help us in figuring out what may be going on. Also did you do anything to acclimate the new fish before adding them to the tank?

Maybe the female guppies were stressed from the move. Make sure you keep them inside a bag or container and put it in the tank to get them used to the temperature before releasing them. And believe it or not, fish get claustrophobic too! Try not to overstock your tank when breeding, it may be a good idea to get a separate one for the pregnant guppies.
