Is this epoxy safe?
I'm new to the forum and have a question.
I am currently making my own 3d background and i'm at the part where i will be epoxy sealing it. well i bought epoxy and started putting my first coat when i realized there is no way this will be enough epoxy. i am now on the hunt for a bigger can of epoxy. i was looking at the garage concrete sealing epoxy. does anyone know if this is safe for the fish? the brand is seal krete and it's called epoxy-seal.
Thanks in advance
My guess would be no way. Almost everything I see about using epoxy says to use epoxy that is considered food safe when cured. I don't know that concrete sealer would make it but you can always look it up and find out if it is food safe once cured. If you look up the manufacturer it should say somehwere in the product safety data sheet.
