Ramshorn Snail Help

I picked a bright red ramshorn snail out of my pond when very small, about 3mm wide shell.
My question is because I have kept the snail on it's own since very young, will it not beable to reproduce with itself as it hasn't been previously fertilized?
Cheers

It can't. Ramshorns are hermaphrodite, meaning it will have both male and female sex organs. However, it will still require 2 snails to complete the cycle. If the snail is not pregnant now and there is only one in there, it cannot reproduce.
