Water test and baby mollie help!
So I have a 10 gallon freshwater tank. With 4 mollies and one julli corydora. I had an ammonia spike yesterday and am now trying to fix it. Also my molly just had babies! So yesterday my reading were Ph 7.5 ammonia 0.6 nitrate 0 and nitrite 0. My tank has been running for 3 weeks now. So yesterday i did a 25% water change and added a double dose of cycle. I added another dose of cycle this morning and today my readings are ph 7.3 ammonia 0.6 nitrite 0.3 nitarte 5. I am using a liquid test kit. My water temp is 78 degrees. I have a live water sprite and a sword plant and just now I planted a cucondom or something like that in there. Should I do another water change? I wasn't sure if this would stress my fish out too much.
Also my ballon molly had babies. I put two of them in a live bearer net. How long until I can givrthese away? Should I wait till they are a certain size?
What water conditioner are you using?
