My tanks [Video] |
Cool, I did enjoy! |
Did I see a new empty tank in that vid? LOL. |
Nice clean tanks, Love it, Love it! What piece did you have to buy to make your python work? I can't attach mine to the faucet either, not even with the include adapter. I use it for emptying the tank but I have to haul buckets for re-fill. HELP!!!! I love the Angels. I have one that looks much like your pretty Marble Angel. What do you do with all the cute little babies? Do you sell to a LFS? |

First, you need to determine if your faucet has a thread on aerator. Most faucets, especially kitchen faucets have this, but many lavatory faucets do not. You need a hose adapter that will thread on to your faucet in place of the aerator that the Python/Aqueon adapter screws onto. Best way is to remove your aerator and take it to your local home center or plumbing, heating, electrical supply and get the appropriate hose adapter. I have a non-standard faucet on my kitchen sink that I can't get a hose adapter for, so I'll just be quietly jealous of the Python/Aqueon users....Although I do stuff the gravel siphon hose into a garden hose that runs out the front door into a flower bed so at least half the battle is won! |

i got the piece from petco mine would always fall off my sink and drove me up a wall i had a floor full of water all the time!!! and this is my first time having baby angels so ill keep a few then sell the rest :) |
Most faucets have a final piece that unscrews off the end. It might take a set of pliers to get it off but it threads on and my be tight. then the python threads onto those threads. (usually) Go look at all of your faucets and feel inside the end for the threading. if it is not there, take plier/plyers and see if you can turn it. Some may just twist off by hand. Also once you get that off... sometimes and mine did this... there was a 3-4 mm black washer up in the way. once i took that out there was room to thread the thing on. just remember how to put it all back together after. lol |
what size is that empty tank? Is it a 125 |
