Do they ever get tired? On for three hours and off for six. Eegads I'm glad we're not like them.

Most snail don't actually need mates to reproduce so both your snail are probably laying eggs

Mystery snails have separate sexes.

I don't think they get tired but who knows mine breed and now I have some.

how long did yours breed before they laid eggs?

I don't remember but I do know it was a fairly long time.

Okay because mine have been at it on and off for three weeks and i'm not even sure that the one is a girl...

It would be interesting if they had babies, but at the same time I like my tank the way it is now. I could setup another, but I just don't want to end up taking it down in a few months to move it. Moving one tankful of critters is enough for me.

ha well when mine hatched most lived but now I only have about 5 or 6.
