Florida Flag Fish

i have some florida flag fish and have little information on them aside from they dont get to big about 2 1/2 inches and that they dont seem to harm the plants ..any info on them would be nice and i would also like to know if they will get along with other community fishes particularly african dwarf frogs.

I dont have one but I think they are quite peaceful so my bet would be yes. But if they do start not getting along, its best to seperate them :)
