Penguin Tetra

What is the fully grown size of this fish? I am finding some very conflicting information online.

I am considering getting a small school of these tetras but am concerned as to how nippy they might be. Some tetras I know can be nipps and I might be keeping thm with a betta.

They're not really that nippy. They will eventually get out of that habit. Mine are 6-7 cm. The largest anyway.

I don't notice mine as too nippy other than amongst themselves, kinda like cherry barbs. The numbers I've seen are 2.5" in size.
