During tank makeover, an washing gravel..I found these bulbs/tubors...My question..Is there anyway to revive them ? I have been told to freeze them, let them dry out for a couple of just to throw them away, (sorry, I have a had time throwing anything away, I payed for..) They are firm, if they were soft, or mushy, I toss'em. Any info, help would be great.....Thanks..

They look like aponogeton bulbs... They are notoriously hard to 'winter'.

They have to go through a dormant phase.. If you can pack them in slightly moist peat, and leave them in the dark (in a sealed container) somewhere thats about 50 degrees... Sometimes a vegetable crisper will work.

After a couple months, drop them in the tank and see. There are no guarantees it will work..
