I looked at my live plant today (i've had it about a week) and if you look VERY closely there are little clear/white things hanging ALL OVER it! You can't even see them from about a foot away, but if you look close they're on every single leaf and the limbs of the plant. I will post a pic, if anybody thinks they may be dangerous or eggs or something please let me know! The fish in the tank are corys, clown loaches, and guppies. I bought the plant from petsmart, but there weren't fish in the tank, maybe snail eggs? Hopefully it's safe, here is the picture:
I know the cory cats are egg layers, but I've never seen them to verify. It doesn't look like eggs though, becuase they don't look round to be eggs. It looks more like some kind of fungus or maybe just debris sticking on the plant.
