Hey guys, just wanted to let you guys know that a really quick and easy way to measure out specific amounts of medication/water/anything for the aquarium is to go to your local target pharmacy, and ask for a 5 mL syringe. They should give you some, assuming you ask nicely ;) but I found that these are extremely helpful and accessible, and they'r nozzles are made for taking up liquids, and not needles. Hope this helps!

I've got a 1ml syringe which works perfectly for making just 1 gallon of treated water.

Yep I have a number of those things wandering around my room. I have 10mL ones kinda like this
most pharmacies will give them out for free or charge you like 50 cents. I use them for whatever. Dosing fertilizers to target feeding of bloodworms. I also use like 1 to 3 mL pippets from walmart for finer things since they have a long narrow tip. Use a really small one to feed bloodworms to carnivorous plants. Tip is to narrow for the bloodworms to fit through to they stick nicely on the very tip of it.
