I meant to post in here a while ago, I've made a few posts and stuff, but I haven't really introduced myself.

Hi My name is Anne I live in TX :)

I have 2 cats, 1 child, a husband and a bunch of little fishies...

I'm new to this kind of fish keeping. I've had fish in the past for years but never really paid attention to the water ph, and such I just sort of had them as a fixture in the house and fed them daily -- that sort of thing. Now I am older and am paying more attention to all the little things thanks to some helpful people here in the forums. I was at the pet store one day and met one of the members from this board and she recommended it and so here I am, reading and soaking in every bit of information I can to keep my fish happy and safe.

Curious, which member did you meet? I've meet one of our members and we even went to Scripps Birch Aquarium together. Small world, yes?

@aunt kymmie it was LasColinas it was LasColinasCichlids I was having trouble picking things out for my tank and she was giving me a wealth of knowledge.

Now that I know where to look and how to look up the info I'm good :)
