so today i was at my lake and i found these plants.. they slightly resemble anacharis but im not sure

Are they safe for my aquarium?
Also how should I clean them ??

Looks like anacharis to me, I would think soaking it in some tap water(not declorinated) for a day would kill most things that might come with it.
